Xitoy adabiyotidan tayyorlangan mazkur xrestomatiya IDT-1-144 "O'zbek adabiyoti namunalanni sharq tillanga tarjima qilishning nazariy va amaliy masalalari" nomli loyiha doirasida amalga oshirilgan. Xrestomatiyada Pu Sunglingning o'n ikkita novellasining tarjimalari berilgan. Mazkur kitobdan bakalvrning filologiya va tillarni oqitish hamda tarjima nazariyasi va amaliyoti ta'lim yo'nalishlari talabalari “Xitoy adabiyoti” fanida, magistratura bosqichida ta'lim olayotgan magistrlar “O'rta asr xitoy novellistikasi” nomli tanlov fan doirasida, akademik litsey o'quvchilari, xitoy tili va adabiyoti o'qituvchilari va boshqa xitoy tilini mustaqil o'rganuvchilar hamda xitoy adabiyoti muxlislari ham foydalanishlari mumkin.
Ushbu qo'llanma Toshkent davlat sharqshunoslik instituti "Tarjima nazariyasi va amaliyoti" bakalavriat yo'nalishi 4-kurs talabalari uchun "Amaliy tarjima" fani o'quv dasturiga muvofiq ishlab chiqilgan bo'lib, unda badiiy tarjima bilan bog'liq masalalar qamrab olingan. Qo'llanma badiiy tarjimaning eng muhim muammolari, asosiy prinsiplari, talab-qoidalari, usullari haqida muxtasar ma'lumot berishga yo'naltirilganligi uchun undan magistratura mutaxassisligida o'qitiladigan tarjimashunoslik va tarjima mahorati bilan bog'liq fanlarni o'qitishda ham foydalanish mumkin. Qo'llanma ToshDSHIda bajarilayotgan ITD-1-144 "O'zbek adabiyoti namunalarini sharq tillariga tarjima qilishning nazariy va amaliy masalalari" mavzusidagi ilmiy tadqiqot loyihasi doirasida yaratildi.
"Turk adabiyoti (XIII-XVIII asrlar)" monografik tadqiqotda turk mumtoz adabiyoti tarixida o’ziga xos o’ringa ega bo’lgan ijodkorlar haqida fikr yuritiladi. O’rta asrlar turk adabiyoti o’quv qo’llanmasi ilk bor yaratilayotgani uchun, muallif qisqacha turk xalq adabiyoti haqida ham ma’lumot beradi. Ushbu monografik tadqiqot Toshkent Davlat Sharqshunoslik institutida davlat ilmiy-texnika dasturlari doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan F-1-139 «Sharq xalqlari adabiyoti tarixi va janrlar tipologiyasi» nomli ilmiy-tadqiqot loyiҳasi asosida tayyorlandi.
