Mazkur o’quv qo’llanma oliy ta’limning 70111801 – Xorijiy til va adabioyoti (ingliz tili) ixtisosligi, magistratura bosqichida ta’lim olayotgan talabalar uchun mo’ljallangan “Yangi O‘zbekiston taraqqiyot strategiyasi, ta’lim tizimidagi islohotlar” nomli fanning tasdiqlangan dasturi asosida yozilgan. Qo’llanma dastur mavzularini to’liq qamrab olgan. O’quv qo’llanmada o’n ikkita mavzu tizimli tarzda yoritilgan.
O’quv qo’llanmada davlatimiz rahbari Sh. M.Mirziyoyevning tashabbusi bilan, keng jamoatchilik muhokamasi natijasida qabul qilingan, yettita ustuvor yo’nalish, 100 ta maqsad va vazifalardan iborat “2022–2026-yillarga mo’ljallangan Yangi O’zbekistonning taraqqiyot strategiyasi”ning mazmun-mohiyati to’liq tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga ushbu o’quv qo’llanmada Yangi O’zbekiston ta’lim tizimida olib borilayotgan islohotlarni taraqqiyot strategiyasi maqsadlari bilan hamohangligini yoritib berilgan.
Shundan kelib chiqib o’quv qo’llanmada ta’lim sohasiga doir bir qator me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlarni tahlil qilgan. Xususan, O’zbekiston Respublikasi oliy ta’lim tizimini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish Konsepsiyasi mazkur sohadagi yangi islohotlar uchun debocha ekanligi asoslangan. Ta’lim tizimidagi eng muhim yangiliklardan biri oliygohlar va ta’lim tizimining quyi bo’g’inlari o’rtasidagi uzviylikni, uzluksizlik va integrasiyani kuchaytirish bo’yicha pedagogik ta’lim prinsiplari asosida innovatsion klasterlari ishlab chiqilgan.
Настоящее учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся на уровне магистратуры, 70111801 – Иностранный язык и литература (английский язык), предмет «Стратегия развития нового Узбекистана, реформы в системе образования» высшего образования. Написано на основе утвержденной программы. Путеводитель полностью раскрывает темы программы. В учебном пособии систематически рассматриваются двенадцать тем.
В учебном пособии представлена «Стратегия развития нового Узбекистана на 2022-2026 годы», состоящая из семи приоритетных направлений, 100 целей и задач, принятая в результате широкого общественного обсуждения по инициативе главы нашего государства Ш. М.Мирзиёева. В то же время в данном учебном пособии объясняется соответствие реформ в системе образования Нового Узбекистана целям стратегии развития.
This study guide is intended for students studying at the master's level, 70111801 - Foreign language and literature (English), the subject "Development strategy of New Uzbekistan, reforms in the education system" of higher education. written based on the approved program. The guide fully covers the topics of the program. Twelve topics are covered systematically in the training manual.
In the training manual, the "Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" consisting of seven priority areas, 100 goals and tasks, adopted as a result of a wide public discussion at the initiative of the head of our state Sh. M. Mirziyoyev content is fully analyzed. At the same time, this study guide explains the alignment of reforms in the educational system of New Uzbekistan with the goals of the development strategy.
Based on this, he analyzed a number of regulatory and legal documents related to the field of education in the study guide. In particular, it is based on the concept of the development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 as a prelude to new reforms in this field. One of the most important innovations in the educational system is the development of innovative clusters based on the principles of pedagogical education to strengthen the cohesion, continuity and integration between universities and lower levels of the educational system.
