Unda milliy g‘oyaning mafkuraviy mohiyati, insonning erkinliklari, siyosiy institutlarning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari va milliy g‘oya tamoyillarining jamiyatdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Darslikda milliy g‘oya tarixi va nazariyasining nazariy asoslari va rivojlanish mexanizmlari yoritilgan bo‘lib, u 5111600 - “Milliy g‘oya, ma’naviyat asoslari va huquq ta’limi” bakalavriat ta’lim yo‘nalishining “Milliy g‘oya tarixi va nazariyasi” fanidan darslik sifatida tavsiya etiladi.

В этом учебнике освещены история национальной идеи нашей страны, события, связанные с историей и теорией национальной идеи нашей республики, историческое развитие национальной идеи и особенности ее концептуального проявления. Учебник раскрывает идеологическую суть национальной идеи, свободы человека, основные особенности политических институтов и значение национальной идеи в обществе. В учебнике  раскрыты и освящены механизмы развития, методологические основы теории и истории национальной идеи и рекомендуется как учебник по направлению бакалавриата 5111600 "Национальная идея, основы духовности и право", "Теория и история национальной идеи".
