Theoretical foundations and practical applications of Task-based language teaching (TBLT): an in-depth analysis // Oliy ta’limda xalqaro hamkorlikni rivojlantirishning zamonaviy modeli: akademik mobillik, qo‘shma ta’lim dasturlari, malakalarni tan olish va xalqaro sifat” mavzusidagi xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjuman materiallari.–Samarqand, 2026.– B. 497-501.
Abstract:Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) represents a fundamental shift from synthetic, form-focused instruction to analytic, meaning-driven pedagogy. While traditional methods treat language as a set of rules to be memorized, TBLT views language as a tool for action. This expanded article provides an exhaustive deconstruction of the theoretical trifecta supporting TBLT—the Interaction Hypothesis, Cognitive Processing Models, and Sociocultural Theory—and explores the intricate mechanisms of task design, sequencing, and the systemic challenges of classroom implementation.
